Jo discovered Bikram yoga 7 years ago after a cycling accident that needed to be fixed quickly, and she has been hooked ever since. She has always done competitive sports mainly swimming, cycling, running and combined into Triathlon. She experienced a huge improvement in her running in just 3 months of Bikram due to the breathing exercises and after a very short time of doing Bikram classes she realised this was the best thing he could do for her body. After a while she also discovered how much it was improving her mind.
She moved to Stavanger 3 years ago and Hot yoga was the only thing she missed about the UK so she was thrilled when Hot Yoga opened in Stavanger. This year she has combined her passion for Hot Yoga with Freediving, and discovered they compliment each other perfectly.
