Mini Yoga course for mom and baby. Bring the baby and enjoy 75 minutes just for you and your baby. This morning/mid day course will be twice a week for two weeks. You will enjoy some nice relaxing yoga to help your body recover after a pregnancy and learn how togive your baby a nourishing massage. The instructor will go also through some easy yoga postures that you can practice in your own home. Classes will held be Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 11:00 and of course it is not a hot class. Please bring your own may or you may purchase one at the studio. Must be signed up for no later than the 18th of April.
